I love to spend my free time surfing the net looking for the the coolest gifs around. If you follow my google plus page, you will see that I have a collection growing of sweet gif animations. I have always been a fan of moving pictures. I find sweet joy in finding a really trashy, lo-quality gif as well as the freshest, highest quality gifs.

So many apps came out this year that helps the novice designer create really cool and amazing gif animations on the fly. My favorite of which is called Flixel. There is also GifBoom, and Gifture. These all basically work the same but some are better than others. All of these allow for you to create gifs on the fly using multiple photos, video, and an erasing technique. They rock!
