I have been studying graphic and web design since I was around 13. I remember getting my first computer, and being amazed at all the possibilities. I began learning HTML and FTP along with my trusty Paint Shop Pro program, and I set to work on several personal websites over the years. When the time came for me to decide what career path I wanted to take, Visual Communication was the perfect fit. Today, I work with the entire Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, PHP, mySQL, WordPress, Joomla, Site Engine Optimization, Social Networking, and Web 2.0 tools. I began freelancing while at school in Chicago. I had no idea what I was doing and only worked with two clients. Eventually, I picked up knowledge, inspiration, guidance, and motivation and carried it through to form Helium Design Co. which today serves over 15 clients across all media types.

I have been through many art schools. I have been taught many different points of view and numerous ways to achieve a task. Currently attending Black Hawk College to finish a degree in Visual Communications, I have also attended the Illinois Institute of Art in Chicago. I am fluent in the Adobe creative suite as well as photography and other major fine art branches.
As CEO of this wonderful company, I look for good moves for the company and our clients. Branding is important, and we push to implement this standard in all of our work.
